Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help!  Please review the following guidelines:

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible to reschedule for another session. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible to reschedule.

• No-Show Policy: If you miss your session without prior notice (no call, no show), your reservation and payment will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

• Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice qualify for a one-time reschedule at no additional cost. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 3 months of the original reservation date. If you do not reschedule within this timeframe, your payment will be forfeited.
